Heidi and her team at Richardson Pribuss had a vision to modernize the layout of this iconic Tudor cottage, while maintaining its architectural integrity and character.  We preserved the steel windows and incorporated cerused wood paneling and cabinetry throughout much of the home. This became the language of the house, echoed throughout the design.  We added on to the third story to engage in the surroundings, inviting in the sweeping views of the Tam Ridge and the San Francisco Bay. The interiors are comfortable, charming, and inviting thanks to Studio Montemayor and her team.
